Excellent location made it easy to explore the city and the hosts were very accommodating offering great breakfast with tasty home-baked goodies.

The shared bathroom situation was awkward and the shower pressure was disappointing. The room also got quite warm with limited air control.

Staff always very very helpful and wonderfully friendly.

there were a private safe, a refrigerator, and a dining area in the rooms, which made them fairly quiet and big. the location was charming, overlooking city.

The room was neat & nicely decorated with big windows and comfy bed, for example. The staff were amiable, exceptionally nice and perfect location close to the bus station. Tried some nice meals at Antica Bessetta, located near the hotel...

A Shared bathroom needs improvement

Great place with great amenities like free wi-fi, luggage storage, air conditioning, and a leisure room. The staff genuinely helped me with local dining directions. I'm definitely returning for another weekend.

The air conditioning wasn't adjustable. It got pretty warm at night, and some rooms lacked adequate lighting, particularly for getting ready. Plus, be warned about the stairs-if you're carrying a lot, that can be a real pain.

Definitley not impressed with the shared bathroom situation, it was disgusting, to put it lightly. Plus, the owner's angry demeanor at breakfast was a true delight. I would have expected a complimentary gesture for my troubles, like a room upgrade, but alas, no red carpet treatment here. I almost considered a good review, but just couldn't.

Comfortable bed linens, excellent room cleanliness, cute atmosphere, a perfect Venice retreat.

Comfortable Stay with Great Host!

I had a lovely two-night stay with a good host who was always available to assist. The location was conveniently close to the train station. The shared bathroom facilities need some attention, but overall, I enjoyed my time here.
